About the Author
Paramahansa Yogananda also known as Mukunda Lal Ghosh was a yogi who opened up spirituality and meditation to a lot of his disciples. Born to a spiritual family, he began his quest at an early age moving between India and America to fulfil his urge to teach and bring awareness to practices such as Kriya yoga and self-improvement. He is notable for the founding of the "how to live" school and Self-Realization Fellowship as well as for his literary works such as Second Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of The Christ Within You and Autobiography of A Yogi.
