The coffee itself is great. It was fresh and the taste was really good and chocolaty. My only issue is that the bag does not come with a zip lock system. So, if you open the packet, you have to take out all the beans and store them in a different container as you won't be able to seat the packet airtight. They have given a valve for the customer to take out the air after closing, but they probably forgot to provide the zip-lock.
