This is a story about falling in love, heart break and coming out of it. While trying to pick up the broken pieces and reconnect to life again, Rhea faces challenges in life. Closer to reality this story has a little slow start but gradually picks up its pace. This love story unfolds and takes its readers on an emotional roller coaster ride. Characters are well sketched and are able to create a connection to the real world. Their individual stories describe some painful experiences, but also some wonderful stories of reconnecting with other old friends and family members.

Love, Long Ago narrates the story of Rhea Barua and her saga of falling in love, heartbreak and eventually getting out of it. Rhea is a simple Indian girl who stays with her aunt, Aunt Maya and her cousin Hilda in the USA for her studies. As life plans, Rhea gets to meet, Aarav, the bestselling author whom she admires a lot. As they get closer, Rhea falls for Aarav even after multiple warnings from her best friend, Margaret and gets her heart broken in the worst way possible.
They say, people can't easily get over their first love and so is the case of Rhea. To forget Aarav and to get rid of his memories, she changes herself completely. But does a wrong gone love affair always implies the end of our lives? Does it have the ability to make us cold and heartless ? Maybe it does but life always has its own plans that just like us Rhea cannot comprehend either. When Rhea returns to India after completing her studies, her parents fix her marriage with one of their business partners' son, Abhinav. Although Rhea has showed no interest in the marriage in the first place, once she meets Abhinav, she changes her mind.
Why does Rhea decide to marry Abhinav? Do they get married at the end? Does love happens more than once? What is the reason behind Rhea's incomplete love story with Aarav? What does Aarav actually do to Rhea? To know these read this beautifully written book by the author. The book is a very short and interesting read. Anyone can complete this in one go. The book keeps you hooked till the very end. The characters are also well-sketched and language is lucid. I'll definitely like to recommend this book to all the readers who like reading fictions and love stories.
