    I purchased this chair on Dec 22, and it's a very comfortable chair. It's very soft and cosy that you don't feel any discomfort even after long gaming or work session.
    No major issue in the chair had an issue with a few screws and the company fixed it within a day by sending a technician.
    Only thing that can be improved is the wheels, rubber wheels can be used which doesn't leave marks in floor.
    Apart from the wheel no complains for the chair.
