Very sturdy. The keys are tactile.
Low profile keys = less travel = fast typing.
The layout of this keyboard is based on Apple's keyboard. That becomes a problem for Windows users, especially
gamers, because of the location of the ctrl/control key. But that can easily be fixed by remapping keys.
For what it is being sold for and what it does, this is a good keyboard especially for the price.

-The Windows key is the command key.
-Installation on Windows requires Step 4 from iOS' instructions.
-To switch modes/input method according to your OS/Device:
fn + Q = iOS
fn + W = Android
fn + E = Windows
-The fn key does not work when on Windows. If you want to use the multimedia shortcuts on Windows (e.g fn + f11 to raise the volume), you'd have to switch to Android mode then switch it back to Windows mode for normal operation.
I decided I wanted to try getting a little more productivity out of the Fire, and bought this keyboard. I have to admit that despite the glowing reviews, I was a little dubious about it because of the cheap cost and small size, plus I didn't think the Kindle Fire would be a great device to write on.
How wrong I was!
As someone who writes a lot by hand and transposes everything later, this has been incredibly helpful. Not only have I not lost any speed typing on this device, but I think that if anything I may type a fair bit faster with it -- which is saying a lot.
I won't say I'm as accurate with it as I am with the bigger layout of my computer's keyboard, but it's not all that far off. For the mobility this keyboard provides (it's truly tiny), I think that small decrease in accuracy is fine. If anything, it's allowed me to focus more on speed and finish my first drafts of my documents faster -- after which point I transfer the document from my Fire to my PC to make any necessary edits.
As someone who writes/types a *ton*, I can say this has spread up my process a great deal.
I'll also say that while the keyboard itself is very comfortable, I type with a lot of 'force' behind my fingers -- and the device is so light that I've actually moved it a few times. I thought this would be a problem at first, but like with all keyboards, you get used to it and I haven't had this issue reoccur more than a couple times since the first time I used it.
Finally, the form factor. It's not only extremely mobile, thin and light, but looks really nice. When I have 10 pages of handwritten notes I need to type up, the fact that I can bust this out anywhere and like the way it looks and feels really helps me get that typing done.
For anyone looking to get a little more productivity out of a Kindle Fire, I really can't recommend this highly enough. I wouldn't say it would completely replace a computer for something like word docs or excel, but this has worked really well for me in concert with my computer, and saved me a *ton* of time. (Seriously, I'm mad I didn't get this sooner.)
The keyboard is compact enough to travel well but still feels like a regular sized keyboard when I start typing, as shown in the attached photo where I use it with a riser I found here on Amazon (check my reviews for details). It has an on and off button, but there is also an auto-off feature than automatically turns off the keyboard after a certain amount of time without use. It uses a regular household battery that is still going strong after several months.
Right out of the box, this keyboard paired with my laptop and has continued to work great despite the fact I often use it up to 10-12 hours each day. If you use your computer for word processing, internet surfing, or similar activities, I cannot imagine why anyone would want to spend more money than what this keyboard costs to have a wireless product that works. Great product at an amazing price!
