The quality of the product I received isn't appropriate. It looks as if it has been used before. Also it has a worn out material as you can see in the picture. I have requested for a replacement and I hope I get a good one or else I'll ask for a refund. I don't think I'm paying so much to get such speaker quality We asked for replacement. We got the new one and better one. There is trust kept on amazon. So next time please check the product before you dispatch. Video also uploaded of the new one
Box and product manuals are for the ordered speaker but the speaker and accessories are all wrong. The box seal was tampered, the warranty card is missing and the box is damaged from the sides. The adaptor of the speaker also not in the box.

It worked for me fine for 6 months but suddenly speaker started producing crackling sounds for certain frequencies. I replaced it from the JBL service center but the new replacement unit worked only for a week. Again the same problem started. Now I am going to service center again for repair or replacement. If you search on the internet you will see that other people are also facing JBL charge 3's durability issues.
Everything was solid for a good three months. Then out of nowhere this crackling sound started coming while I played songs. At first it wasn't that noticeable but slowly it became more and more nerve wrecking to the point where I can't even listen to anything without massive static. ( I haven't used it roughly and neither have I used it near water even though its rated IP68.) Hopefully I'll be able to claim the warranty but that's one of the problems of buying online you dont have an other option than to go to the official site and do it.
