Pro: great price for an older cpu if you are going to be doing office work and maybe some light streaming.
Con: Definitely not for gaming unless you are playing some older games or you have a mobo that will allow overclocking of non k processors. I have the z75 pro 3 Asrock. and though I never overclocked this proc. I have overclocked my i5 2400 from 3.1 to 3.8 with no issues.
It may be worth it to check it out if you are on an extreme budget for building an intro to mid level gaming rig.
Would be great for home office use as well.
