a) At times, 'What (to do now) ' is a better question than 'Why (it happened)' - to enable one to move forward.
b) How to do a 360 degree feedback - full nuts and bolts, including links to outside websites that help one to do it on his own
c) Very detailed examples - to acquire sensitivity on both sides
The big point - some people can be highly 'Internally Self Aware', whereas some people can be highly 'External Self Aware'. This distinction I think I haven't found written till date.
Book will require some patience though, in view of considerable matter - but this an all time book. To be read one chapter at a time.
