One of the best dvd for collection.
She correctly points out that we have a tendency of running after things approved in the West. I live in Bihar and am eaing lots of guavas nowadays. Western literature does not cover it because it's not grown there and that's why they cover things like blueberries. We have to do our research and change our diet accordingly. She makes rice as the base of her food pyramid. I make vegetables and daal my base and eat only items like brown rice and wholewheat and occasional quinoa.
While ghee is acceptable nowadays, the dairy industries' practices should not be ignored. Eat nuts, they need not be the exensive variety, even peanuts will do.
