Huge noisy operation and some mall function. From past 1month I am behind IFB customer care and no one has turned back. Now return option is also closed for me. Very poor customer care from IFB. IFB this not fare on your part. I will surely file a compliant.
I bought this product last year. I want to share my little bad experience about this product and IFB service issue. When for first time IFB serviceman came to install, he said the product had loose switch panel and on asking he said online product may be more damaged, I am lucky to have only loose switch panel. Whatever on asking IFB customer care another servicemen was sent and tightened the loose panel by some paper inside the panel.
Before completion of 1year warranty... I have faced that the handle has broken and the same serviceman came to my house who called homself brother of the owner of the IFB franchise and forced me first to grant me that warranty is over and behaved very badly on demanding warranty. He demanded 550 bucks for repairing. I have lodged a complaint on IFB website and to Customer Care but no action has been taken. I did a mistake on buying IFB product and from amazon
I have only received 2 container with it. Kne idli making and one small bowl with lid though it was mentioned that there will be other containers as well. Very disappointed. Please let me know what should I do for receiving remaining containers.
As specified in the description product does not match with the quality. Item's model is 2017 and as per specification included other item's not provided in the box. Even item's manual is not present there. Overall disappointing experience.
