Huge noisy operation and some mall function. From past 1month I am behind IFB customer care and no one has turned back. Now return option is also closed for me. Very poor customer care from IFB. IFB this not fare on your part. I will surely file a compliant.
Low rating as Amazon didn't Provide make country as part of product description. Labels on box and product mention Country of origin is China and it is only imported and marketed by IFB in India. Though it is working so far.
Convection microwave received this inside plate is eroded, Requesting you kindly inform IFB and replace the same. As the person showed the demo informed there may be short circuits may happen while using the same.
Product looks good . First unit was not working proprly and IFB /Amazon was quick to arrang for an exchange . As of now cannot utilise the full potential about the product since I have yet to attend the class though i have registered for the ame
