Huge noisy operation and some mall function. From past 1month I am behind IFB customer care and no one has turned back. Now return option is also closed for me. Very poor customer care from IFB. IFB this not fare on your part. I will surely file a compliant.
The instructions make no sense whatsoever. They mention "put the food in" and then click on the preheat button. Then again they ask you "put the food in" during cooking! Isn't the food already inside? Really hard to understand instructions. IFB as usually provides extremely poorcustomerservice. I am having to run after them repeatedly for having a Demo. Along with the microwave, a broken accessory was supplied. IFB has washed its hands off telling me that I need to contact the "Dealer" and if I really want the accessory I should return the microwave. I pointed out, that it might be an unnecessary waste of time and money for all involved to do so. But the area manager, said "that you need to decide". I am really debating if I should go through the return process just to spite IFB. But I probably wont.
