Huge noisy operation and some mall function. From past 1month I am behind IFB customer care and no one has turned back. Now return option is also closed for me. Very poor customer care from IFB. IFB this not fare on your part. I will surely file a compliant.
I have purchased many home appliances from Amazon, as usual packing and delivery was very good. I bought it ₹8712 during great Indian Diwali sale. It does have microwave, convection and grill comes with all microwave accessories. Installation was somehow a bit delay but done properly.
Good product. Value for money. I took it and the color and looks are very good. Very economical and has many options for cooking. Microwave, grill, convection etc. Overall it is very good product from IFB.

we bought the machine in dec 2016 and it has conked off on april 4th 2017. we are continuously following but poor response. it was repaired and same day it conked off again. the call centre will keep saying the same rehearsed speech.
15 yrs ago as well we had bought a samsung convectiongrill and it barely lasted 2 yrs
