Yes I started reading the book casually and become serious in understanding the importance of the messages the author has given. I am already following many things but re affirmation of them by simple language by author is simply great. Good one to read and follow meticulously.
I found this book to be very simple to read and understand. The format of each step spread across 21 days made the process seem practical and not over-whelming. I also enjoyed the "Activities for You" section at the end of each day/chapter. It is also compiled at the end for a quick reference later.
