This book has all bedroom with base size of 10’ like 10’x11’ 10’x14 even 10’x17’. The plot size increases from 1000 to 1200 but the engineer provides bedroom with one dimension 10’ compulsory. No bedroom is of 14’-16’ or 12’x16’ or anything like this. From my point the engineer has provided plans suitable with fixed mindset. Bedrooms are always small than other rooms, in some designs bedroom is equal to kitchen and in one case joint kitchen and dinning are larger than bedroom. Er. loves big drawing room and kitchen. All plans reflects the same. As far as I have seen 50+ designs and I observe the same. NOT HAPPY AT ALL….WASTAGE OF MONEY….
