The hard thing about good books that they are hard to follow but this book is an easy read on hard things.
I liked the writing style and you feel automatically connected. This book prepares you for the real business scenarios and gives you opportunity to think like a CEO. Also you connect emotionally as writer has very well explained the pain and struggle of a CEO.
The life of a CEO is all about struggle and struggle has no mercy.
Overall this is a good book and I would recommend to any one from the business / startup world.
Whatever his corporate/technology skills, Ben is no Gladwell or Moore. Expect no epiphanies here. The book is an endless recital of Ben's life and corporate experiences, written in an insipid humble-bragging style, with no insights that cannot be found in a dot com trade journal. You will do better to find a book with a little more substance.
This is an amazingbook if you are a PM or are working in any startup. It is easy to read, succinct and entertaining. When you read the book, you can visualize what is going on in your firm. You can see why something went wrong and can predict if something is bound to fail. It is not a theoretical book- you can read and actually implement what it suggests!
One of the most entertaining book I have read. Full of Amazing real life examples and situations. This book will not only prepare you for your future career but also give you a different life perspective
