I bought this device 2 months ago. Really happy with the way it works and water tastes. It was installed immediately by HUL team. Device is working fine and really happy. I was concerned with some feedback of device not working without electricity but it works with inverter connection. I could get water with it. Will give it 5 stars for the same.
After the 1st year of warranty, I almost paid them INR 7000/-, which is half the price itself for multiple maintenances (sedimentary filter, GKK2, motor burnt). I won't recommend this product to anybody. They will simply suck your money like anything. I'm very much disappointed with this product.
Device malfunctioned within 3 months of purchase (water overflowing). Customer care is non responsive as they require product registration to carry out repairs and I have no clue as to how to register my product. I cannot create an account in the website on the link that has been provided. Within 3 months the warning signs are already on in the display. Feeling very frustrated for buying this product. 2 star only for the aesthetics.
I am writing this review after 1.5 years of use of this product.
Pro - Looks good, gives mineral water(Which is it's job)
Cons- 1. Maintenance is very high. Every time the technician comes, he will charge 250/- (for very minor work also). 2. For 1st one year, the service is free and they will change the SF which is outside the device. After the warranty period over, one one problem starts. The GKK1 consts around 22k which need to be changed within 1st year(or 4k liters). GKK2 should last upto 8k liters, but it goes off very fast, and you need to change it by paying 3750/- 3. No electricity, No water. (The water button works with electricity only)
Wastage of money, I have not expected performance such a poor, within six months adapter need to replace valve got choke electronic circuit burn inside and had to spend 2000 on it because those pat was not under warranty. electrical operated tap if power loss than no water. Always have to store water outside due to emergency so no hygienic so does not fit for purpose. I am not satisfied with this product. When I complain pure it customer care they says when you purchase online there is chances of duplicate parts so we ant help on it.
Further to my previous 5 star review, which I wrote soon after the installation in the first week of January, today has been a disappointing day. The bracket supporting the machine at the back of the unit broke on its own, and the machine fell. I'm praying that Hindustan Unilever's after sales service is efficient. I will report again thereafter
I am writing this review after 2 years of usage.. and the experience has mot been good thusfar. You will need to replace GKK1 and GKk2 every year even if your machine is not being used. This is ridiculous. And it will cost you about 3000 per GKK. And it suddenly stops working every now and then.. Honestly, maintenance is very very high
I have been using it for more than 3years. Such a waste of money. The maintenance cost is super super high and you won’t even know what is the problem in it. Service technicians keep on coming everytime guessing a new issue and charges are hefty for spares. Plz don’t buy it, plzzzzzz
The water purification and filteration seems to be good enough. But in the long run the amount of water and money wasted is immense. You may end up spending more money for maintenance than the product itself. Has been 3yrs and I have shelved that much
