I bought this device 2 months ago. Really happy with the way it works and water tastes. It was installed immediately by HUL team. Device is working fine and really happy. I was concerned with some feedback of device not working without electricity but it works with inverter connection. I could get water with it. Will give it 5 stars for the same.
After the 1st year of warranty, I almost paid them INR 7000/-, which is half the price itself for multiple maintenances (sedimentary filter, GKK2, motor burnt). I won't recommend this product to anybody. They will simply suck your money like anything. I'm very much disappointed with this product.
Don't buy, down the line it will be very expensive to maintain... Pleasedo not buy its been one and half year i have invested 5,800 rupees to get new GKK system inside the pure it. If you want to buy, buy from me, i want to sell this, i can't invest yearly 5k rupees on this.
Disappointed with this product. Within 2 months of installation it has stopped working. I called them up to request to service it they said they will attend it within 72 hours. But neither have they come or even called me up. Pleasedo not buy this product. Horrible after sales service
I purchased a HUL Pureit Ultima RO + UV Water Purifier a year back at 20K plus from a store. I was impressed with the description and had trust in this company since childhood. My father worked for this company and we had absolute trust in all their products.
The company team came and installed it. However in the first month itself the Water Purifier crashed from the wall where it was fixed with clamps. And then I noticed that the machine with a load of 10 Ltrs of water rested just on two small plastic clamps.
After much harassment and negotiation the company agreed to change the body. I mentioned the design flaw to HUL and the service guy and also requested them to use a support below to prevent future mishap. They refused to do so and just after a year it broke again - please see images. Now HUL wants 5000/- to replace the case though it happened only due to their poor design of putting such a load on two small clamps. We never expected such flaws form a company like HUL. We also found many reviews here at Amazon and other sites where users clearly warn people for not buying this filter.
Do not buy HUL Pureit as you will also fall prey and end up spending thousands to maintain this product. There are other faults and recurring expenses with this machine which can be found in many reviews.
Worst Product I have Seen In my life. Worst Product I have Seen In my life. in Six months 5 times repaired and with Charge or 1700 for filter change. I have wasted my 18 K buying this. The HUL does not care about the warranty and they talk about charge for the same. Even the Amazon and they will listen to your complain for 10 minutes and lastly they will say that they can not do anything and will provide the no of HUL
I also ignored most of the reviews on this product and now I experienced. So my humble request to every one pleasedo not buy this and also request never buy such costly product from Amazon for shake of few hundred rupees and buy from some shops who will at least take care during warranty period.
I am planning to approach consumer court for the same.
Pleasedo not buy this product. It's not worth the price. Also, if there's a power outage, you have to remain thirsty until power is back, or least connect to an inverter.How sensible is that?? the maintenance too is very high, might end up paying 4000 for every 6-8 months. Also, even if one of the filters stops or becomes red, the others do not function until the one is replaced. literally, it becomes nonusable. the kits too are very expensive. Sincere suggestion, not worth your hard-earned money.
Worst purifier ever don't buy this!!! Kent and other purifiers at my parent's/ friends place works best and with very low maintenance cost. I got this in November 2014 and by Feb 2015 it stopped working asking to change GKK2. Company claimed we ( just 2 members - who are working) used it to purify 4000 litres of water in just 3 months and so candle went bad( pls do the maths!) 1.) Lot of water wastage, our GKK2 candle got spoilt in 3 months and they asking us to pay additional INR 4000 to replace as it's not covered under warranty 2.) No one came to service it for 2 months, only after we posted bad reviews on FB the customer service called us, and replaced the candle today - April 2015 after 2 whole months and several follow-ups 3.)Raised 10 different complaints each time they were closed without resolution and without even informing us. 4.) The product only looks good on outside but performance and customer service is pathetic!!
We have wasted 20,000, please be aware and don't buy it ZERO STAR PRODUCT!
IT IS A WORST PRODUCT AND NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE IS BAD AND THEY DEMAND MONEY FOR DOING SERVICE. NO BRIBE NO SERVICE, I AM PLANNING TO THROW IT IN A STREET DUST BIN. PLEASEDO NOT BUY.
The outer body quality is so bad the hook broke and fell without any external stimuli, just with its own weight. The cost to replace the body is Rs. 5000. The maintained costs about Rs3000 every 2 months +350 service charge. Damaged parts 4 times in a year. Replacement at additional cost. Pleasedo not buy. Not worth the circus
