Before purchasing this product, I was very sceptical as there was not a single good review about this product. I had been using Hp printer for personal use, and never had any issue. But I had a hunch that as Hp has a good service, this product might be ok.
But it was a disaster, when the laptop which got initially delivered, was having one of the keys non-functional, I had to get the service inspection arranged, then amazon took the product back. But even after that I choose to get the product replaced rather than refunded.
The next replacement laptop that arrived was all ok, I was finally relieved.
The true reason for going with this laptop after all was its configuration, that is all in all AMD, with the infinity cache. There are at present no products similar to this one online. The configuration is wonderful - Ryzen 9 processor, Radeon 6600 8gb graphics, 16gb RAM, 1 Tb M2 SSD. The screen refresh rate is 165Hz.
I would suggest to go for this product whether you require it for creative content or games. Thanks to amazon support as well as Hp support.
