WELL THAT AMAZON IS DEAD.
Now Amazon will most likely send a used/refurbished product disguised as new and trust me, they do a very good job at hiding this (including the seller Cloudtail).
You can no longer return items if you don't like it or it has a minor defect, return is only possible if there is a major defect or there is an issue of misinformation or warranty already used by someone else claim.
Next, if your refund amount is big, like 50k+, forget your refund will be initiated before 10 days. And 10 days only if you call them everyday after the standard refund period of 3 days has passed. And after 10-11 days, your refund will be initiated and then it will take 1-5 days to reflect into your account depending on your payment method.
About the laptop:
Everything is good about this laptop, it ticks all the boxes except Build quality. It's build quality is so bad, that I get scared everytime I lift it(lid open). It makes crankling noises around the edges when you hold it.
Also there is a 99% chance you'll get a used/refurbished laptop disguised as new if you buy from Amazon.
