This journal has a wonderful arrangement of daily questions that really make you think and focus on the positive aspects of your life. It’s so quick and easy to do everyday and really helps to start in the day in a positive way.
The inclusion of mindful tasks every 3 days and the life wheel every 30 days, helps to cement the daily use of the journal and show the progress made month by month.
I really liked the extra elements at the start of the journal, such as the calm list and reverse bucket list.
I have been using this journal since the 1st January 2023 and only 19 days later, I can already feel the positive impact of using this journal. I would highly recommend and have already gifted a copy to my sister
