I have been lacto-vegetarian all my life, and have been baking without eggs for almost 15 years. Before I had this book, I used their website regularly. I haven't known a single recipe to fail as yet. The unusual, and some traditional recipes never fail to pleasantly surprise all who try it. I can't do without this book, especially as I bake at least a couple of times a week. To me, this book proves that eggless cakes and cookies can be every bit as scrumptious as ones with eggs.
The other thing I love about this book is the categorized format. They have vegan and low fat cakes, cakes with vegetables (true!), etc. I have stuck to some recipes as is, but have experimented with many. As I said earlier, I am yet to be disappointed. Completely wonderful!
