Kolsewadi Village has never seen any progress in the village, thanks to the bickering and fights between MLA Chandrakant Tope (Sayaji Shimde) and Sarpanch Bajirao Dole (Nagesh Bhosle). Narayan Wagh (Makarand Anaspure), a villager, makes the most of this to his advantage. As matters stand, he is competing for the same ticket. So, the game of political manoeuvres has just begun and so has the fun. Cat and mouse games are played. Political strategies are laid out. Comedy sprouts out of their endeavours to show the other in bad lights. Infighting among political leaders and difference over distribution of tickets among other things brings out the funny side of politics. Who wins finally. That is a million dollar question that can be answered only after viewing the movie. Dialogues by Arvind Jagtap are power-packed and hilarious and have been loved by the audiences. Makarand Anaspure keeps the pace of the film moving with his insane and funny ideas that he keeps planting on other characters. Sayaji Shinde and Nagesh Bhosle fit the characters of corrupt politicians to the T. Camerawork by Suresh Suvarna is remarkable and he also makes a foray into production wiyh this film. This movie is a winner in all departments - dialogues, performances, cinematography and editing.
