Damaged product with already clicked pictures in it

Received a box which was damaged and torn from inside. The sheets box was already open with only 4 sheets in it which were not actually sheets but pictures already taken of some place. The camera had finger prints all over it. Really not happy with what I have received. It was a gift for a friend and now I don't know what to give her.

If you are planning buy this product, don’t buy from this seller. I received this product on September 4. At the first use the film stuck, then I contacted a service Center they said may be it is motor error that’s why 1 light keeps on and others blinking. So I requested replacement. As per the request they send back a product which is the same product i sent for replacement. But there is some changes the gift box is like scrap they scraped it. It’s full of dirty and stickers. The camera still have same failure they didn’t fixed or replaced it. The only change is the box is like scrap and some things missing in the box. So I’m legally, it’s not about money, it was gift for my loved one for her birthday. So if any planning buy this, think about it. You can check photo and video proofs. Photos are before replacing and after replacing. May be this review get deleted, if you seeing this review, thing before purchasing.

The Retro effect these polaroids give is awesome. The picture of the polaroid that I've attached is the first picture that was taken. It still looks good which is surprising. Because I expected the first would be of poor quality but luckily it wasn't. I just love this product. Only thing I don't like about this camera is the maintenance cost. You have to spend more for the instant reels everytime. Otherwise this camera is so good. This is a treat for those who love aesthetic and vintage stuffs.
