I am rating down for only quality reasons.
#1. The output jack was stripped out and so when a cable was plugged in it stressed the circuit board. Replaced under warranty and...the placement of the jack in the circuit board is slightly off which is why the ferrule will not grab the jack (plastic) and it gets stripped.
#2. Have had this 6 months and the Tolex is peeling up at all the seams. Come on Fender. You have been at this as the top amp maker for what...70 years? You can't figure out how to glue on Tolex properly?
Again...amp sounds great but I worry about what goes next.
In my situation I use the amp in two ways.
The clean channel is just amazing if you feed in a pre-amp driven Acoustic electric - like a Takamine, Taylor or even self installed acoustic pickups it is really great,
This is how I currently feed my electric guitars: Gibson LP Junior B-Bender or Gibson LP Studio or Normandy Chrome Bigsby - In this order: Tuner -Ibenez Tube Screamer OP - Dunham Crazy Horse - MXR Carbon Copy.
Not very complicated, but for electric work, with minor gain on channel 2, I find this amp works out quite well.
Overall, a great amp for my use
It doesn't have fx looper
