Really the product with the features it has is a steal deal ,really satisfied with the product and installation was an unforgettable assistance the service guy Mr.Khan was really polite and helpful when the time of installation it was late evening and started to rain even though on my request he came and installed the product without any hurry ,thank you very much for the installation team.and product from amazon .
RO installation done by UniversalService provider in kanpur and the insatallation person name Ehtisham Ansari. His behavior is very good over all experiance is good. tds low as compare to my previous water and also good taste of water. Thanks for Faber and Universal services
I received on 3rd Oct19 and installation completed on 4th October 19 by Bhubaneawar team of Faber. Look wise very good, water tastes good, overall it’s a very good product if compared with other market leaders like Eureka Forbes, Kent, Pure it as it has all the facilities like, RO-UV-UF-MAT & Copper Guard. I recommend to buy it over Eureka Forbes, Kent and Pure it. Special thanks to Mr. Hrudanand the Faber guy for Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The product was delivered on time and had a Swift installation. But the installation person did not have working tds meter to verify. A day later the pipe valve they installed started leaking and also the device is making loud noise and vibrations when the purification is on. I called the customer care and Senior technician Hareesh visited and fixed the leak and also the vibrations have reduced a bit. Hareesh explained the working of the machine and why we get the minimum vibrations.
I will post the full review after few months of use.
Updating this review from 1 star to 4 star after receiving calls from faber service head related to service issues.
Looks like Faber is taking amazon review/customer reviews seriously and today I received call from south India service head and Area service head assuring immediate service. They shared that because of GISF the call volumes were beyond expectation and Faber customer care couldn't handle the volume. I have been assured to reach them directly incase any service issue is required.
I agree that my initial installation experience was bad but I am happy that Faber is listening to these reviews and rectifying immediately. Reason for giving 4 star instead of 5 now: I feel the purifier is better than other conventional purifier but there is still scope to improve experience at first place. Had the experience to install been smooth, I would have given 5 star.

I wish I could find anything to "like" in Faber other than lightning deal price while buying.
Reasons why you should never go with Faber: -Observed on amazon.in that reviews point after-sales installation is a big problem as Faber service people don't turn up. Still ignored those review comments, went ahead and bought in a lightning deal. assuming those non-installation issues could be limited to tier 2 or tier 3 cities not in Tier1 cities like Bangalore. -But, I was so wrong! Since the package got delivered, I am trying to reach out to Faber customer care to get it installed and still wondering when will miracle happen? -If you are lucky, you will be able to talk to any customer care executive and all they do is give you another number which will either remain switched off or will remain unanswered if its switched ON.
If Faber doesn't care about installation of new water purifiers, imagine the ordeal you will go through when you need any repair or service and water-purifiers do need periodic service. In other words, Faber has built this product to be a hall/kitchen decorative item than a purifier. Do not be misguided with false representation of this device, the device has huge dependency on Faber's after sales and service workforce!
Buy at your own risk! I ignored verifier buy's reviews and went ahead with consolidated rating and have stumbled. If you want to throw your money to Faber, then go ahead! I was thinking of replacing my elica Chimney with Faber..but now..shall I try Faber ever? Never ever! [Please refer to my updated review on top]
Received the product ontime. But disappointed with the Faber service and support. Also the purifier is not value for money. Tap came the product was in broken condition. Service man who came for installation don't have the spare one so he managed to get similar tap from local shop for 140rs and the amount paid by us. There is loud vibration sound from the purifier. It disappointing me, so not recommending this item. Faber service was not good.
