Chimney was installed without pipe fitting and connection to pipe because service person didnt do any sanitary fitting needed and left us to call sanitary handyman and told us will return after sanitary pipe fitting to check if chimney work okay and we found too noisy and vibration in chimney after pipe connection and service person didn’t tell how to clean chimney and they didn’t return and didn’t answer any calls and never return back and Customer care number don’t work most of time and I booked service request to check for noise for my newly installed chimney and service person didn’t come even after 4 days and still waiting
I am feeling very bad after buyig this chimney and I wish if I could return it or will throw it in garbage if such expensive product left without proper service and I am disappointed with faber and Amazon and feel like looted by them as they can’t provide good quality post sell service and their service centres and call centres are completely rubbish and I wish if could give faber zero star for all the inconvenience and will recommend to not to buy faber products
