I have been following Ria chechi’s blog Rias collection for the past five years. I was drawn to her little write up about the memories connected with each dish in the beginning. I was beyond excited when i was informed of her cook book launch. It’s about 3 days that i have the cookbook and by now i prepared two dishes- 1)Tangy coconut milk fish curry. If you are the one who is still trying to crack the Paragon style fish mango curry recipe, this is the book you should buy. I swear this dish tastes even better.2)Her Amma’s pineapple payasam is the easiest and the yummiest payasam you could ever have.Love all the little tips and remarks after each dish. They are so soo helpful.I’ve always wondered how someone can measure the ingredients so accurately. If you are following her recipes avoid “follow your instincts” theory. There is no need to add a little more or little less of each ingredient.I would definitely recommend 5 ways for anyone. It’s a keeper.❤️

As someone who has been following Ria's Collection for 13 years, l knew Ria's book would be a major success. One-pot chicken stir fry, baked chicken have become a huge hit. The tangy makhana is our staple at home. This book is a real keeper

I recently got hold of this amazing book. I have tried a few recipes and they have all been equally consistent. Such a helpful book for days when you get into the kitchen and are unsure of what to make.
Love the way the recipes are divided into 5 different sections with a corresponding set of recipes beneath them.
This is really helpful while planning for parties at home.
A wide variety of recipes for every taste bud, a must have book for every kitchen!

Ria’s Five Ways is a great cookbook to have on hand as a ready referencer for recipes for entertaining or when you want to try something different in the kitchen. The collection of recipes in the book offers great variety in cuisine and course, so you’re spoiled for choice when you’re looking to try something new. There are some Malabari staples in there, true to the author’s roots but with some twists. She also shares time tested family treasures. Look out for recipes which begin with “Mamma’s” or “Amma’s”. There are many recipes that kids would love as well, both to eat as well as make.
All in all, this one isn’t just another debut cookbook. It’s been a long time coming with the author being a celebrated food blogger. Surely a must buy!

This is a must own book any person at any stage who loves cooking should own. I have been following Ria's blog for a decade. The best thing about her blog that it is so well written and clearly written that even a first time cook can never go wrong. This is well reflected in the book too. The recipes is a mix of different styles of cooking for different occasions. The book was delivered in a well packed wrapper. "Five Ways" is definitely the best cookbook for those who want to put together a scrumptious meal with minimal ingredients and not spend hours slogging in the kitchen! The author has included a wide variety of recipes ranging from local kerala dishes to international dishes categorised under five sections. Has recipes which satisfy every taste bud! The instructions for the recipes are precise and comprehensible. It is apt for beginners as well. Would have been even better if there were more photos of the recipes included in the book. Nevertheless, it is a good cookbook to your collection. Appreciate the efforts taken by the author in bringing out the cookbook.

I always wanted a cookbook in my shelf which had recipes which were easy to follow. I saw the reviews of this book and got one and I must say, it is a brilliant book. It MOTIVATES anyone to cook. We tried some recipes when we had guests come over and they were so impressed by the food :). I feel so relieved that I need not get anxious on WHAT TO COOK anymore because it has lot of recipes which are easy to follow. So well written! Kudos to the author!!
