A1. Beauty Services by Amazon is a new initiative by Amazon. It’s a convenient way to order and schedule professional in-home beauty services directly from Amazon.in. The best quality professional beauticians have been hand-picked by third party service providers, through rigorous quality checks, background verification and training, to deliver high quality service.
Q2. Who can avail these services?
A2. Beauty Services by Amazon is currently launched only for women customers in select pincodes. Please check if your shipping address is one of the service areas before proceeding.
Q3. How can I book beauty services? Is it similar to buying a product?
A3. Booking a service is as easy as buying a product on Amazon.in. You can add services and products to the cart, and go through a single checkout. At the time of checkout, you will have to pay upfront for the services chosen. After completing the purchase on Amazon.in, our team will reach out to you to schedule your appointment within business hours. Our business hours are 9AM – 6PM.
Q4. I am unable to choose CoD for this order.
A4. We currently have only online payment options. Cash on Delivery will be introduced later.
Q5. How quickly can I get an appointment?
A5. Appointments can be scheduled as early as 4 hours from the time you inform us. Our service hours are 9AM - 6PM.
Q6. What does the estimated delivery date mean for this order?
A6. Don’t worry. The service will be rendered on the appointment time scheduled with us. You will also receive several automated e-mails regarding the order, kindly refer to all e-mails from Beauty Services by Amazon Marketplace Id to have the most updated information regarding your order.
Q7. Can I change my order while the service is being given?
A7. Our beauticians will only provide those services that have been booked through Amazon.in at this time. If you would like to add a service during fulfillment, please complete the transaction on Amazon.in and leave your request, if there’s an availability, we will accommodate the request. If you would like to cancel one of the services during fulfillment, you can write to us by choosing “Contact Seller” from “Your Orders” page. We will confirm the cancellation via e-mail.
Q8. How can I contact customer support regarding these services?
A8. You can e-mail us for any queries or feedback.
Q9. How are reschedules and cancellations managed?
A9. You can reschedule or cancel your service any time before your appointment. Simply go to “Your Orders” to request to cancel. If you would like to re-schedule you can reply on the appointment confirmation e-mail or write to us. There are no charges for re-scheduling or cancelling at this time.
Q10. When and where can I share my feedback on the entire experience?
A10. You can share your feedback with us in the following ways:

Q 11. My e-mails have not delivered to your mailbox. What do I do?
A11. If you are using Outlook to reply to our mails, unfortunately they won’t get delivered to us and there won’t even be a delivery failure message that you receive for it. If you use Outlook for e-mails, we encourage you to compose a new e-mail instead of ‘replying’ from Outlook and write to us. We will get back in touch with you.
Q12. Why am I seeing it as product or manufacturer?
A12. In the context of beauty services, references to: "product" means "service"; and "manufacturer" means "service provider". Further any standard product related offerings on Amazon.in will not be available for beauty services. You can reach out to our team if you face any concerns.
