I am sorry, but I have one major grudge and thats regarding the print quality and stationery of this book- it really feels uncomfortable reading. The font/print is very hard to read, very very light and does not look easy to read on that paper at all. Maybe it is the copy I received, but there’s no way for me to know. This is a major disappointment for me, as surely the elders and even me won’t be comfortable grabbing this book for continued/frequent browsing.
.the nutrient count and tips are helpful beyond measure..living the book and the authors culinary journey through her words. Would be awesome to get a signed copy ...
