MUST HAVE TUTORIAL BOOK FOR BEGINNERS WITH DSLR!
Not only are the lessons and assignments easy to follow, but the book is full of beautiful images of Hawaii and the Philippines that help illustrate the lessons. Steve easily takes away the mystery and fear of “shooting in manual” through the use of well thought out assignments. The assignments are intended to be completed in order; by doing so, the newly learned skills build upon each other and give the “student” a thorough understanding of the various functions and features of a DSLR.
This book covers all of the basics and more! Steve and Joan share many advanced pro tips throughout the book and lots of interesting facts about the beautiful “shoot” locations they use. Excellent job! I look forward to their next book!
