Packaging was decent but could be improved to anti-tamper packaging. Product itself is light weight but did not seem flimsy. The ECR 11 Speedster is a fast charger, you can see the power output difference compared to a regular charger in the attached image. Also this model does not have USB power input, its regular wall charger which I realized after product arrived, if you want the USB model go for ECR 11 MC, which is also suppoed to be a fast charger but does not have speedster in its name, which is confusing to be honest. As for functionality it seems to be working fine, however it did stop charging my batteries at approx 85% as seen in attached images. If I unplug and plug the charger back in, it resumed charging. I'm not sure if its a safety feature or not, but I dont really mind it as its recommended to charge batteries to 80% and not 100% for long life. I was able to charge 4, 2000 mAh AA batteries in under 2 hrs which is fantastic. At current price its unbeatable provided it lasts long enough.
