Electrolux technician turned up to explain the functions of the oven which was very good, however be prepared to barge them with emails before they send someone.
It will be better if you buy microwave safe cooking utensils. As the plastic ones that are given with the microwave is not really that good, you would do better if you buy them separately.
Pathetic service by electrolux. Called next day of delivery of the microwave for the cabinet light issue and the oven still creating ON sound despite timer expiry but till now no one came to my home to attend the complaint. I called customer care 4 times till now. First time, electrolux customer care exec took all my details, address, phone number and told me complaint is registered and said an sms will be received in sometime but when i did not receive it for couple of hours i called again, this time another exec picked and said he could not see any complaint registered in his system so i again asked him to register it. he registered a new complaint, this time i got a confirmation SMS and he told me my problem will be attended max 24 working hours. Today when i again called for follow up a new exec told me yes they have forwarded my complaint to a service centre and gave me his number, now when i called this number the service centre person said he is in Bijnor while my address is Ghaziabad so asked me to call again in service centre to reassign it. So i again called 4th time and this time the exec told me the address is not written properly so i again gave my address and other details and received a new service request number and few min later another service centre's number but when i called him he said he cannot tell what time he will attend his service centre will call me with details. I am still waiting
