The smoker performed good for me, but had two major flaws in its design.
First one, the lid seems a flimsy one, hard to put it back on because it's not properly held in place. It's hinge is very tiny and made up of thin material. It was tough to work with even while metal was not heated and one could've easily put the lid on.
Second one, was smoke leakage problem. The lid and the air intake both put out some amount of smoke. I think bellows having same aur intake and output orifice is a bad design choice. The perforated bellows style of harmoniums could've been a better option.
One suggestion- I felt the need for longer range smoke throwing capacity. May be smoker maker could come up with some pipe/lid adaptors to focus smoke 10-15 inches away from smoker body.
