A wonderful resource for a healthy diet

I have used the blood group diet 10 years ago and from 100+ kilos (I'm 6'1") dropped to 85 but I was also exercising. I had then spent a lot of time browsing on the net to gather information. This time I was lucky enough to find this book and I bought it without wasting any time. It's a great buy and a great read with all the information and advice you would require. Interestingly I found a lot in common with what the famous ayurveda vaid at sarai kale khan had suggested I should eat and avoid for good health.
