Ok to be honest, the laptop is great for school works, entertainment etc.
The only thing I felt the pc is lacking is a light indicator which shows whether pc is in sleep or not.
Another issue I encountered is that the Windows 10 Home (Operating System) is installed in HDD and not in SSD which causes the computer to lag too much. Ofcourse you can change it. But it's not an easy procedure. Either you have to go to a technician or contact dell customer support. If you plan to shift it by yourself, take it from a person who already did it the same way...ull be very very tired and frustrated coz it takes hours to complete the setup. So choose wisely. Not that it's completely bad but could have been better if these few things were corrected.
