    This review is not about the product usage/ operation but about the pre-usage experience. It appears that the seller is giving discount as the pieces are damaged. The first unit delivered to me was damaged (refer the pictures included by me), and the replacement was also similarly damaged. Therefore, I returned the second unit for a refund.

    I visited Tata Croma earlier today, paid around Rs.1,400 more than what I paid at Amazon and ordered the same model; it is expected to be delivered tomorrow. This model looked more sturdy than all the other oil heaters (Bajaj, Havells, Morphy Richards) which were displayed. I hope it performs as expected.
