Culture Decks Decoded analyzes a plethora of culture decks from category-defining technology companies such as Valve, Netflix, Asana and Hubspot. It explores how these companies think about their values, mission, vision, talent attraction and retention, and much more. It provides what I think is a simple, yet effective, formula for instilling a winning culture that reflects the ethos of the team.
I highly recommend this book for any startup founders thinking about how to develop their culture. It's such a key part of scaling a startup, and it's a great help and relief to read such an in-depth analysis of how to achieve this goal effectively.
