I was a little awestruck when I got this at the price. When I unpacked the Amazon packaging I was a little disappointed cause the box looked old.
Unwrapping everything, I really liked the look of the blue and black cooling pad. But I found it huge for my 15.6 laptop. But that's normal cause it supports 17 inches. Looking at the pad it has blue plastic on the outer streak, which I thought would how but unfortunately it didn't. Having been let down I thought I'd sit and test it.
Is little heavy even though there's a lot of plastic, maybe about 400gms, hence 4 stars for weight.
And although the main panel is a sort of light metal with blue fans which light up. There are two rotating joysticks to turn on five fans on low power or five on high power. Only one wire given which is used to power it. The laptop does slip off except for a short of plastic plank that you affix to the front with a bit of pressure.
While gaming on an and it uses excess heat but with this cooling pad the laptop doesn't get hot. I say amd cause Intel isn't over clocked so doesn't get that hot. Overall it's a good buy though I'm not sure why they've used plastic as the stand rather than metal.
All in all, it's not total but somewhat value for money and still stable
