The prequel was awesome, this is super awesome, next one probably will be out of world, I'm already running out of adjectives for this one.
What a book. I couldn't do anything until I actually finished this book.
The techs described here are mind blowing. In movies and Tv series, they show, FTL or Faster than light travel so normally, but here, its quite something, The quantum field displacement theory was cool. True or not, it felt as dope.
I hated the climax of 'Qualify', George had to leave. Even here, lot of bitterness between Kass and Lark. Kass is an ass. But he does feel deeply for Lark for sure, cause at places its quite evident that the wall must feel more than Kass but that stubborn prince won't let his guard down.
And Lark, whoa, she's something else for sure, she called the quantum field to herself. Thats not even possible hypothetically, my goodness. What is she. Logos or no Logos, I'm in love.
And the climax, Oh God, its awesome to the power infinite. I never thought it would happen.
I'm already on the next book, can't wait.
The author has such a unique way of narrating the story, I felt as if its happening infront of my eyes. I could see them move, talk and do those insanely awesome things. Ok, I can't stop praising the author and the book, its that awesome.
Please buy it and read it, You have no clue what you're missing amrevet...
As Vera progressed with the story, the series, it was evident how much more comfortable she had grown with her own characters as well as the plot and setting. While writing a story in the first person the most challenging part ought to b putting yourself in your character's shoes and even more, thinking like your character.
With each paragraph Vera has achieved this better and better with the ever changing situations and scenes of her plot. With the perfectly captured sentiments, the reader is pulled into the book and I personally could not stop reading it and stayed up ALL NIGHT for the sake of my sanity - I would have gone crazy with anticipation otherwise.
The ending was highly satisfactory and so much better than what many of us could have hoped for. The entire book for that matter was a treat to my imaginative senses as I imagined everything in third person as is my habit. I was squealing, rolling around and groaning and generally making a complete fool of myself as I lost myself in th book, and at the moment i thoroughly envy those who have the seemingly magical ability to read quietly and without weird reactions like mine :D
Right now, the ending has me satisfied just enough that I can wait for the next book 'Win' without dying and I am so glad as I write this that I ever started reading Qualify!
What a wonderful book. I only wish I was a teenager so I could envision myself as the lead character. Nonetheless, this book took my imagination on an override.
A must read series!!
