85% dark it is ! Bitter as expected ! Sugar content : 14.5% as told to me by the Co.owner himself on the phone - so, its diabetic friendly too !!
More than 72% cocoa is good for health - by that principle, Amul Bitter Chocolate (75% Cocoa) is 1/3 times cheaper (INR 833 per Kg) - but I wanted to give Cocoacraft a try too !
BUT Cocoacraft (INR 1285 per Kg) is 3.6 times cheaper than Mason & Co 85% Dark Chocolate (maybe because Mason&Co. dark chocolate is VEGAN and wholly ORGANIC)
Now, as per my opinion, Mason & Co.'s is the best in taste and from ethical point of view, but it is very costly too (INR 4643 per Kg !!) - CHOICE IS YOURS !!

Yes, this is expensive, but the slab is generally thicker than a lot of other chocolates. More importantly, unlike other dark chocolates which add in huge amounts of sugar to make up for the bitter taste, this one remains very light on the sugar. In other words, if you have blood sugar problems, and need a quick snack to sate hunger, a square or two of this bar will soothe the hunger craving immediately -- and you need not feel too guilty about it either!
