I am writing this review after numerous follow ups with all parties involved. I placed this order 24th jan, got it on 26th jan- unfortunately, since this was a gift, it was opened only on late 5th Feb and hence could only report about issue with it on 7th Feb- Getting all sorts of explainations from Amazon how they can not help out - even when I say there is a problem with product - It DOES NOT do what it promises- it can not take >8kg weight, leave alne 13kg, please see image attached of kid ~8 month old and how it fits the child. I was given ans that I need to follow up with seller and manufacturer- After giving all the information they needed, they have muted them selves. Not replying to follow ups, no response , Nothing!!!
Expected better from Amazn atleast! Extremely gutted and dissapointed!
