What sets this book apart from other self-help books is that Ashdin provides actionable steps and practical exercises that help you implement what you've learned in your daily life. His emphasis on small, incremental changes is refreshing and more realistic than the "quick-fix" mentality that many self-help books promote.
I also appreciate how Ashdin addresses the importance of mindset and motivation in habit formation. He doesn't just tell you what to do, but he helps you understand why you should do it and how it can positively impact your life.
