    After one day usage after installation planning to return the product,Never thought of returning such a big product.We can't able to sleep due to noise of indoor door unit and out door unit.The noise of switching over compressor of unit is frightening.The switching over sound is very annoying.

    Review after 6 days (2020 Model)

    1)Out door unit is very noisy and Indoor unit is producing a vibrating effect (The sound will be very annoying during night.) Technician visited during day time but during daytime due to environment noise we feel the sound is negligible and he told us to change the stabilizer , after installing new stabilizer the sound remains the same.First day itself noticed the sound which was frightening and the result was lack of comfort & sleepless night.

    2) Cooling is below average ,we used to set the temp at 24 degree always ,but the cooling performance is very low comparing to my 1 ton ac of other brand which was a normal brand.

    3) Selected this Carrier product with high confidence due to its brand value but highly dissatisfied with the product.Never thought to initiate a return of installed ac because we all know the effort behind the installation process & damage to wall & Installation cost.

    4)The outdoor unit is a giant one,so always go for a ac bracket which can withstand atleast 2 ton weight.The outdoor unit producing a sound of touching the body of the unit.

    5)The compressor switch on sound is very frightening,every time when it happens our sleep is disturbed.This will continue till we switches the machine off.

    6) Usually after two to three days of continuous searching we selected this product.But never thought that the sound producing by an Ac is an important factor before buying an air conditioner.Amazon have given less preference in furnishing the noise unit details ,comparing to flipkart.So everybody should consider the sound also before purchasing an ac because now a days cooling is not only the priority the comfort & calm peacefull sleep also a priority.

    7)The main issue is we can't proove the compressor switching sound to customer service as it is happening in night during pindrop silence.The only way is to take a video and send the same to customer service but this process have its own limitations.

    Excellent product.. Pls dont go with negative reviews. Before purchasing even i was in double mind but this Carrier Ac is an amazing product.. Very happy with the installation team also.. Ac delivered @ 9.15 pm and installation team came @ 10 am in the morning.. The installation was carried out very well and professionally without any rush.. And just for someone who doesnt know carrier is the first brand in the world to manufacture Acs.. Only drawback is that it does not have horizontal automatic swing thru remote. Horizontal swing movement can be done manually from indoor unit
