Lovely color (remove the laminated plastic) and light weight. Medium size is perfect for me to lift or carry with fully packed large size would be too heavy. (depends on your size actually)
There's a little scratch(green one) but just minor so i didn't return it. But had to return the pink one for there's a damaged on top. (can see on the picture/video)
Loving it at the moment will know the true color of this product only after use. Hope this last long.

Update: after posting the original review (note that I contacted the company about the zipper before I posted the original review), I was contacted and offered $30 dollars to remove my review. I counter-offered saying I would change it to 5 stars and post an update saying that they took care of me and was now happy, but they said I had to erase the part where the zipper failed. I don't really think that's ethical so I declined and am now downgrading to 2-stars because these are very shady tactics to cover up flaws in their products and maintain high ratings.

I took this luggage as a carry-on to my daughter's wedding. I was able to pack 9 outfits, 3 pairs of shoes, makeup and jewelry bag, belts, underwear, 7 pairs of headbands for my hair, and face masks! In the video I didn't point out the zipper part section.. but you can see it has masks on the top part and in the bottom zipper part I had about 6 headbands for my hair. This luggage is very sturdy and expandable! The wheels are sturdy as well. I had no problems with the handle and wheeling this through all of the airports. It fits perfectly in the top carry-on caddy of an airplane. The handles on the sides help you to pick it up when you do put it in the airplane overhead carry-on bag compartment. You won't regret buying this luggage. It is an excellent luggage for the price!

Watch video for commentary! We just recently made the transition to hard sided suitcases. I really like them because they protect your things but they are obviously not as flexible as soft sided suitcases. I’ve had an issue with other hard cases getting scratched on conveyor belt at the airport but it does not seem like we had that issue with these. The best feature about it is that the zippers become a TSA lock with your own combination that TSA could still access without cutting open your suitcase. I do wish that there was two zipper compartments in each of the suitcases instead of one. I believe that would’ve helped keep the suitcase better organized and prevent it from moving around.

Stayed hard sided and easy to maneuver

I used this on a 2 week trip to Europe, including train, plane and bus trips. I like how the bag remained hard sided after a trip abroad, the fact that it has a side and top handle for ease of carrying when necessary, the TSA lock embedded into the suitcase and the ease of rolling it through the airport. I would prefer the suitcase if it offered the option to expand it (via a second zip), but it only has the one zipper. The other disadvantage to a hard sided case is the you only have the space that is defined by the case - in other words, it doesn't expand when packed like a soft sided suitcase does. I also became a bit concerned when the zipper came apart after zipping it, but once I unzipped it and re-zipped it the zipper held. This may have been due to the fact that I had overfilled it. So, as I said, there is no room for expansion. Next time I will put a strap around the suitcase in the even that the zipper doesn't hold (I was a bit concerned that it may come apart while being transferred between flights).

As an aside, I used the Nomadz Compression packing cubes (ordered through Amazon), which allowed me to pack more clothes than just putting them in the suitcase rolled (I tried both ways). I recommend those cubes as it not only helped with packing, but it also allowed me to keep my clothes organized when taking them out of the suitcase.

I really thought this was a nice piece of luggage! I used this on a round trip. Worked great on the departure , then I went to zip up going back and it broke. VERY disappointed in this being an Amazon choice … Really!
I go to use the 2 year warranty and they tell you send it back to Amazon. Went to Amazon and the 30 day window is closed. Terrible!! I’m going to find something nicer and way better quality and service.

Update:
I have to give this Coolife 5 Stars now! They contacted me after seeing my review and wanted to help make it right. First they offered $50.00 and I declined to only explain why. I paid $140.00 and I felt they should do the right thing and replace it. Yes, I was 30 days past and it doesn’t seem fair for any luggage return. Especially after the trip wasn’t planned for another two months out. Luggage is supposed to last a long time I thought. We left a month later, went on a eight day seven night vacation. The luggage worked great going through the airport and arriving on the ship. Coming home was a different story as stated above our zipper broke. This is what I told them when they had contact me wanting to help. I really have to say their customer service is outstanding as they responded without delay. They emailed back-and-forth so they could rectify the problem and make us happy. I was really impressed because a lot of times you get the runaround and they are what real customer service should be! They asked for me to change my review, before I receive the luggage and again I stated no. I thought that they should send it first. Then I can a updated an honest and well deserved review! I was sure they wouldn’t agree to this. Lo and behold it arrived at my door brand new at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night… WOW!
This Company is outstanding, your customer service is impeccable and who stands behind their product! Thank you so much for working with us, we’ll see you again in the future! Thanks again Coolife for everything!!
