First of all don't go on the packaging of this product they are fooling you. If you are thinking why am I saying this then please read the following points :-
1. The product is not fully organic it has vanilla extract and also has other inorganic materials but the packaging will make you believe it's 100% organic.
2. The taste of this product is very very BAD (when used in making of milk using it).
3. You will notice that when you try to mix this cocoa powder with milk using a mixer or a hand blender, there will be small undissolved parts of cocoa powder and if you think that those parts can be dissolved you are wrong they do not get dissolved
Conclusion: I THINK THIS PRODUCT IS VERY VERY BAD FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING MILK WITH IT BUT IT CAN BE USEFUL FOR BAKING PURPOSES. I am saying this as I haven't made any baked dish using this.

This does taste good, just not like how dark alkalised cocoa powder is supposed to taste like. This tastes more like company or boost, the smell is also similar. I wonder if it's because of high quantity of cocoa butter. If you are a hardcore dark cocoa fan like me, I would recommend something else. For anything else, this is a decent pick.
