Apparently the device is optimised for wet grinding ; but i bought it for Atta kneading and coconut scrapeing as my 750w philips mixer grinder does the grinding job quickly and efficiently and i wouldn't spend 4k more needlessly . Butterfly wet grinder does the job of coconut scraping neatly but it's slow, I can manually scrape coconut at least 5 - 6 times faster than this. That's why I reduced one star. Dosha and idly anyway go with chutney right ? hence i think wet grinder should be good at coconut scraping too. By the way it's my first time i am using electric scraper may be that could be a reason why it took time ; I hope things will get better with use . Quality of the job done is fantastic even when it was my first try , I must say. I shall update my atta kneading experience shortly.
Today (22 may 22 ) tried atta kneading ; I must say it is a fantastic atta kneader ; it's quick and quiet. Chapati is soft. You could add salt or taste maker either directly to atta using a wisk Or to the water. But atta kneader broke after 10 or 15th time, where can i buy a new one?
