Its a good product. Just got it today .. was checking out all the accessories that came along with it. Packing was good.. even though it did not come in a cardboard box marked amazon. It came in white plastic amazon bag.The product packing was intact and covered in an unopened see through plastic coating , slight dents here and there on the box, but there was no damage to the product.All the mentioned accessories were present.The product works fine.But the reason behind the 3 stars is because i specifically asked (check the questions asked) whether the product can be used while plugged in. Someone (i do not know where this person got his information from) replied to my query that it can be used while plugged in.While taking that reply for granted i bought the BRAUN MGK 3080.To my dissapointment it does not work while being plugged in. The whole reason for my purchase was to own a beard trimmer that could be used on battery and also used while being plugged in.Even the manual of the BRAUN MGK 3080 states in BOLD LETTERS on page 9 of the instruction manual, "FOR SAFETY REASONS THIS APPLIANCE CAN ONLY BE OPERATED CORDLESS".I am pretty dissapointed but am keeping the product anyway because i really do need a new trimmer.

Previously I rated it 3 star because I found out that one item in the box i.e. one 3-21 mm hair clipping comb was absent. Actually it was a misconception. On the box it describes one separate 3-21 mm hair clipping comb but I think it comes with only 13-21 mm clipper. If 3-21 mm comb is not in the box amazon, seller and the Braun should correct the same in the description. I got the replacement from amazon after I complained about the missing item but the 3-21 mm clipper is still not there. Apart from this the trimmer works fine.Blade is not of quality as in Philips. Effectively only 8 items are there in the box.
