My device is not performing well, following are the issues faced (after doing factory reset setting)
1. Mobile heating while using SIM internet.
2. Phone screen is automatically locked while using.
i hv discussed this with customer care executive considering the Pin code technician service is not available & executive have informed me that request for replacement of device is raised on Dt. 05.12.2018, till today (13.12.18) no update received now i am unable to contact with customer care executive, kindly update progress.
Till date 10.01.2019 no reply, please update request
Another one issue is highlighted i.e. 1 speaker of phone is not working, can any one help me in this or please share right contact details of BB care service.
