    Headphone Mic is not working or other person not able to hear my voice properly?

    Mic issue mainly comes when Headphone’s mic is not selected as default voice input device in the application used for calls. To resolve this issue, simply go to the sound settings of application (i.e Skype / zoom / meetings etc.) & change input sound device to Microphone (USB PnP Sound Device).

    What is difference between 3.5 mm Pin Headphone & USB Headphone?

    3.5mm Pin headphones transmit the sound in low quality analogue signals, which creates disturbance and background noises during calls.

    On the other hand USB headphones transmit the sound in HD digital mode & eliminates any background noise for clear voice communication.

    Do we need to install any extra software to use headphone?

    This is a plug & play USB headset and don’t need to install any additional software.
